Condominium Unit-Owners Insurance
A Condominium or Unit-Owners Policy is similar to a Homeowners Policy. It’s a package policy including coverage for your condo, its contents and loss of use. The policy has liability coverage for unintentional acts that cause bodily injury. With a condo, you don’t own and insure the exterior, so your cost may be less. Your master deed usually contains an insurance requirements section, sometimes found in the condominium association bylaws. Insurance Solutions of Tampa Bay, Inc., can assist you with reviewing this document and tailor coverage to your specific insurance needs.
Renter's Insurance
Renters don’t insure a dwelling or apartment structure, your coverage begins with personal property. The Renters policy is a package policy and includes property insurance covering damage to your belongings, liability insurance covering certain legal claims against you as the tenant, and limited coverage for medical expenses of guests who are injured on your property.
